my experience at an Internet provider company for about 4 years
supporting network equipment for the private, soho and smb customers,
alongside studying Microsoft server management,
then working for a cloud company for about 4.5 years
working as a shift manager and supporting companies and businesses
at the level of servers, mailboxes and computers
